Investment Documentation

Minimum Subscription Amount

The minimum investment amount is USD $10,000. Acceptance of any investment application remains solely at the discretion of unbuzzd, which may approve or reject subscriptions in whole or in part.

4. Private Placement Notice

Regulation D Offering

The securities offered by unbuzzd are being made available pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. These securities have not been registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and are offered through a private placement exemption.
